SubLime Fish Tacos with Slaw

Try this recipe for SubLime fish tacos with a spicy slaw...it's a crowd pleaser!  

SubLime Fish Tacos

1 pound white flaky mahi mahi fish (or other flaky white fish)

1/4 cup canola oil

1 lime, juiced

1 tbs Hot Sauce 4 Good SubLime Cilantro hot sauce

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

8 flour tortillas

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place fish in a medium size dish. Whisk together the oil, lime juice, Hot Sauce 4 Good SubLime Cilantro hot sauce and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove the fish from the marinade place onto a hot grill, flesh side down. Grill the fish for 4 minutes on the first side and then flip for 30 seconds and remove.

Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the fish with a fork. Place the tortillas on the grill and grill for 20 seconds. Divide the fish among the tortillas. and garnish with SubLime Slaw and Hot Sauce 4 Good SubLime Cilantro hot sauce.

Simple SubLime Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small head green cabbage, cored
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbs Hot Sauce 4 Good SubLime Cilantro hot sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Shred the cabbage and red onion in a food processor. Combine with chopped cilantro in a large bowl. Mix the sour cream, Hot Sauce 4 Good SubLime Cilantro, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add the dressing to the grated cabbage. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
