Hi, My Name is Bob and I'm a Do-Aholic
Hi, my name is Bob (no last names here) and I am a do-aholic. This weekend was perhaps the busiest I have been in a long while. Our hot sauce is now available at two awesome farm stands in Hillsborough NJ (Norz Hill Farm and Hillsboro Farm), we got our first taste of being at a farmer's market in Jamesburg, NJ, volunteered at the local minor league ballpark deep-frying literally a ton of French Fries, ran our youth ministry table at the church picnic, and made 10 gallons of hot sauce.
Talk about spending quality time with quality people - this weekend epitomized that! To the chagrin of my lovely wife, I've said more than once "I'll rest when I'm dead." I may need to change that to "I'll rest when I get home tonight." But not yet - I don't want too much time to go by before telling you about our new hot sauces.
Luke and I cooked up three more varieties in very limited batches - only 48 bottles of each were made! They will be available on the site shortly - and we'll get what we can to the farm stands.
1. Hot Garlic - cayenne and habanero peppers and garlic. Hot, spicy, simple and awesome.
2. Autumn Spice - cayenne and habanero peppers with a custom blend of our favorite autumn spices - cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice. As Luke said when we were taste testing it - it's like a cup of hot apple cider until the heat kicks in.
3. No Holds Barred Extreme Hot Sauce - surprisingly fruity with a blend of Trinidad Yellow Scorpions, Bhut Jolokia (ghost peppers) and to tone it down a little, some Habanero peppers. This is a super-hot sauce - a drop or two in a pot of chili is all you need! This sauce is only available in 1.7 ounce bottles and only for a limited time.
We still have plenty of our not-so-standard sauces
- Cayenne Peach
- Habanero Mango
- Roasted Poblano JalapeƱo
Try them out, submit a review or a recipe and we'll add it to our site.
Giving update: we'll be selecting a few more entrepreneurs this week to sponsor through World Vision Micro. I can't wait to post their stories!

If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.
